Tracks participants accomplishments, long and short term goals, effort and evaluations as appropriate for age and type of instruction. Interacts with children and youth using approved child guidance and youth development techniques. Models appropriate behaviors and techniques for working with children/youth. Encourages participant interest. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Possess a high school diploma or GED certificate. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Satisfactory completion of all required background checks of AR 215-3 and the Crime Control Act must be successfully completed and maintained, including NAC. A health assessment is required. Applicants selected for employment will be required to complete DA 3433-1 (Supplemental Application Form) as a condition of employment. Refusal of a military spouse to participate in established recruitment procedures (e.g. interview, KSA's where applicable) is considered a declination of employment and is a basis for termination of Spouse Employment Preference (SEP) entitlement for the current PCS tour of the sponsor at this installation.
