Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the Alabama USBC State Association will be held at the time and place indicated below.

Jamboree: Saturday, July 18, 2009
Time:  Jamboree 1:00 pm – 2:45pm
Annual Meeting will start @ 3:00 pm
Awards Dinner starts @ 7:00PM with dinner first,
   Awards presentation to follow:
                                       Hall of Fame Induction
                                       President’s Award Winners
                                       State Tournament Awards (Women, Open, Mixed)
                                       Top 10 Average Awards                                                                                                         (Adult Male, Female, Youth Boys & Youth Girls)
Cost:  $16.00 per person (to defray cost of meal and reserve your seat)

REGISTRATION WILL BE FROM 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
COMMITTEE MEETINGS 10:00AM – 12:00 PM

Should an elected delegate not be able to attend the Annual Meeting, it is his/her responsibility to notify the local association president or association manager so that an alternate may attend in your place.

Enclosed is a schedule of the committee assignments and times. Every effort has been made to not have anyone scheduled for more than one meeting at any set time. But if this has happened just go to the meeting you feel is most important.

Any member of the Alabama USBC State Association is invited to attend the Annual Meeting, however, please note that only registered delegates will have a vote.

The meeting will start promptly at 3:00 PM

Lunch will be on your own.

11:00 am –- Nominating
12:00 pm – Lunch, on your own
1:00 – 2:45 pm – Workshop
3:00 pm – Annual Meeting
7:00 pm – Awards Banquet
Board Meeting will be Sunday morning at 9:00 am

If you call Jameson Inn before July 1st and reserve your room, you can get a rate of $75.99 plus tax.  Rates could go up after that because of a race being held the same weekend at Barber Motorsports Raceway.

This hotel is located off of the same exit as the Civic Center.
