Enclosed is an application form for nominations to the Alabama USBC Association, Inc Hall of Fame. Any member of the Alabama USBC Association may nominate a bowler for election to the Hall of Fame. The same application forms will be used for men or women. The point system sheet is the same for meritorious candidates but different for superior performance.

Please read the enclosed guidelines and answer all questions, complete the appropriate point system page, and include any information you feel should be included to help your candidate. The application should be returned to either the Association Manager or me by January 31, 2008. Loretta Stowers address and mine are enclosed.
