| Qualifications: | ||||
| A. Any dues paying USBC / GBUSBC bowler in good standing with USBC and GBUSBC | ||||
| B. Bowled 54 games or more in a GBUSBC <USBC certified> League during the current winter season. | ||||
| C. Averaged a minimum of 210 for those 54 games ( see B ) | ||||
| E. 1st and 2nd Team members will be selected using a point system | ||||
| F. Should a tie exist, tie breakers will be used in the following order: | ||||
| 1st. Highest Avg | ||||
| 2nd. Number of Houses with a 210+ Avg | ||||
| 3rd. Number of Leagues with a 210+ Avg | ||||
| In accordance with USBC Gudlines for Awards, All City Year Starts August 1st and Ends July 31st of the next year. | ||||
| Point Calculations: | ||||
| I. League Average ( minimum 54 games in each league) | ||||
| A. 1pt. For every league with an average 210 thru 214 | ||||
| B. 2pts. For every league with an average 215 thru 219 | ||||
| C. 3pts For every league with an average of 220 and over | ||||
| II. Multiple Center Participation | ||||
| 2 pts. For averaging over 210 in two or more centers in the GBUSBC | ||||
| III. Honor Scores | ||||
| A. 3 pts. For every 800 series during the season | ||||
| B. 2 pts. For every 300 game during the season | ||||
| C. 1 pt. For every 299, 298, or "11 in a row" game during the season | ||||
| IV. City Open Championship Tournament | ||||
| Bowler may earn All City points one time only in each Event of the City Open Tournament | ||||
| A. 3 pts. First Place Scratch ( Team, Doubles, Singles and All Events ) | ||||
| B. 2 pts. Second Place Scratch ( Team, Doubles, Singles, and All Events ) | ||||
| C. 1 pt Third Place Scratch ( Team, Doubles, Singles and All Events ) | ||||
| V. "Only Honor Scores & Averages Bowled in the Greater Birmingham USBC, Inc." | ||||
| ( USBC Certified ) Events Qualify for points for the All City Teams | ||||
