1. The 52nd Annual Greater Decatur Handicap Championships will be conducted under USBC playing Rules and Regulations and Lane Assignments.
2. The Tournament will consist of a Team (4 people), Doubles, Singles, and All Events. Entry per Person per event is $22.00 For Team, Doubles, Singles, with $5.00 (optional) for All Events Handicap or Scratch.  Prize fee $11.00, bowling $9.00, and expenses $2.00. All- Prize funds for Team, Doubles, and Singles will be returned 100% on the basis of one prize for each eight entries.     Prize Fund For All Events Handicap Will Be Returned On A Basis of One Prize For Each Eight (8) (AE) Entries. All Events Scratch will only have one winner.
3. Handicap and Scratch Championships in Team, Doubles, Singles, and All Events will receive championship Trophies.
4. Individual averages for this tournament will be the highest average established during the 2010-11 season.*(based on 21 or more games as of February 01, 2012). Average- if a Bowler’s average is ten (10) or more pins above his 2010-11 average, the higher average must be used. Entrants who did not establish a 2010-11 average can use a current season average based on 21 games as of 2-01-2012. Entrants with neither a 2010-11 average nor a current season average must bowl scratch.
5. The handicap per game will be 90% of the difference between a bowler’s average and 210. Bowlers with averages of 210 or more will bowl scratch.
6. Entrants are cautioned to be familiar with the USBC Rule No 319 c and concerning re-rating. Tournament prize winnings of $600 or more must be reported before bowling.
7. Bowlers should be familiar with Rule 319a, the 10 pin rule. Corrections must be made prior to the end of the bowlers’ first game.
8. Team Captains must check in teams and make any necessary changes to the tournament manager at least 30 MINUTES prior to their scheduled starting time. No changes in line-ups will be made unless a substitution is involved. The tournament will use Lane Assignment by the Tournament Management.
9. Bowlers may participate in more than one team event provided they comply with the current USBC Rules governing multiple participation. Bowlers may participate more than once in the team events, but no more than Two (2) players on any one team can cash more than once in the official prize list.
10. Doubles and Singles will be bowled on one pair of lanes unless the Tournament Management makes reassignments for various conditions. Bowlers must bowl Doubles and Singles on the same shift and Bowlers can only Bowl Singles ONE TIME.
11. The Greater Decatur USBC Bowling Associations Championships are open ONLY to members of this Association. Must be a member of the Association 30 days prior to the tournament.
12. The closing date for entries in this tournament will be at 3:15pm on 02-19-12.
13. All entry fees MUST accompany entry form, even All events . NO refund after entry has been accepted. Exceptions to this rule will be decided be the Tournament Committee.
14. Other squad times will be added if needed, but no squad added after 3:30pm.
15. No Notice will be mailed to the Team Captains. A schedule will be posted the night before Tournaments starts. When a team is scheduled, it is the Teams Captains responsibility to notify his team members.
16. If a Team member arrives late, his/her game starts in the frame that is being bowled. The tardy bowler gets zero (0) pins for the frames that have been completed prior to arrival. No Pacers Allowed.
